Chiodo Formaggi's new interpretations of milk were also in the spotlight at this edition of TUTTOFOOD, an event of worldwide resonance for those in the food and beverage sector, which took place at the Milan Fiera from 5 to 8 May.
Through a ‘total black’ stand and a 40 m2 ledwall, strongly emotional images told of the union of innovation with tradition and of the new Madonna della Neve project, which sees the young entrepreneurship of the new Chiodo generation at the forefront. A project that emphasises through tradition, passion and innovation values that have been guiding the daily work of the Chiodo family for over 60 years, which started from the assumption of returning to milk production as in the past and enhancing cheeses made with only milk from the Bruna breed, the best dairy breed.
